Terms and Conditions

We conclude on the General Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006. Place of jurisdiction Lienz. The following deviating agreements apply:

3.3 The contractual partner is obliged to pay the deposit no later than 7 days after receipt of the accommodation contract.

4.3 The rented rooms are to be vacated by the contractual partner by 9 a.m. on the day of departure.

8.1 The contractual partner is obliged to pay the agreed remuneration plus the statutory taxes at the latest upon arrival.

8.4 Smoking is not allowed in the apartments and in the entire building and on the balconies. Smoking is only allowed in the garden. You will be fined 300 euros if traces of smoking are found in the apartment or in any of the building areas.

13.1 Bringing animals into the accommodation facility is not permitted, unless this has been agreed with us in advance.

Articles 13.2 to 13.5 have been deleted.
